Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled until production begins. Once printing starts, the order becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days once approved.
